Bellingham is in Washington, in the Pacific Northwest, where winters are mild and wet, summers are dry and pleasant, and outdoor recreation drives a lot of local business; hours change little through the year. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Bellingham follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. At such a difficult time we were met with compassion and a great deal of understanding. The continued attention to detail was so truly appreciated as was the willingness to listen in such a genuine way!!

I am very thankful to Moles for their guidance through this very difficult time. Steph was my first contact and right from the start she was warm and understanding. She was thorough and very good with follow up as well as making me comfortable through the process. She even helped me write the obituary by taking my outline and turning it into something very nice! Amy was my next contact for follow up and spent an hour with me sharing some laughs and tears. The staff here are very warm and understand how to deal with grieving people and I will make sure that when my time comes, I will have them help my loved ones through. Very Grateful! Steve Lowry

Stephanie, the Director was amazing. She treats you like a human being and understands what you’re going through and helps the process go very smoothly. I appreciate her and her employees ,they were all very sensitive and very professional. I highly recommend this funeral home. If you ever have to deal with such a sad and lonely time in your life.

My wife Darlene, went to heaven on 14 March and Moles Mortuary took Care of everything with professionalism and courtesy. They picked up Darleneβ€˜s earthly body the next morning and transported her to the Mortuary and I’d ask them to keep Darleneβ€˜s body for seven days which was no problem and they notified Social Security and took care of all things necessary. I highly recommend Moles Mortuary for your funeral services I was very happy with everything they did. This review is made by Dennis L.

I chose Moles to take care of my loved one's cremation service in October 2025. The service i received was disappointing and left me wishing i had chosen another company for the service. The full cost for basic cremation service without any of the extras is around $5,000. Nearly $3,000 of this is to cover the pay for a few staff that work in the office. I met with the director who was setting up the initial service. The date of death was incorrect the first few attempts to print paperwork and due to a "lack of coffee". At one point the director assured me that "we don't have any creepy lurches in the basement". To their credit, they said they like interject humor into the interaction. Sure, fair, but the timing and the subject of the humor made it very ill-received. When I paid for services, their computers weren't working and the receipt they said they would send me er showed up. I had to go in and ask for it 6 weeks later. I waited to hear from them. I was anxious to pick up the remains for the memorial. The weeks went by. I could've called but I wanted them to do their job that pays so well. I called after 5 weeks of not hearing...no voicemail. The office person fumbled around t

When my mom passed away, everyone at Moles Tributes and Crematory demonstrated, empathy, support and respect during a very difficult time. It began with Amy and Tony showing up with a white rose expressing their condolences. They treated my mom with such dignity and grace. When we met with Stephanie and shared that we had a limited time line to get my mom's ashes so that we could have a memorial service before my brother had to return home, she made things happen. She not only walked us through the process with compassion, she had everything done within 2 days. We were extremely grateful. I was surprised to receive a follow up check-in from Moles asking me how we were doing and offering resources. Moles Tributes and Crematory went above and beyond our expectations and made what was a very difficult time seem more manageable. I highly recommend their services.

I am a social worker and a caregiver who can attest to the experience that one is never fully prepared for even an anticipated death. I am extremely grateful to Moles Funeral Home for responding immediately to an unexpected-expected situation and taking the reins to compassionately and smoothly lead us through to a culminating closure per our loved one's requests. This exceptional team softened the difficult steps and helped us towards a beautiful experience even though it required a timeline and a ferry to an island. I am so appreciative of the support. Moles Funeral Home was a blessing for us.

My beloved sister, Ginger Smith, recently passed away. I interacted with Julia North initially, and on occasion, with Meghan Hula or Stephanie Garcia. I was so impressed with all three. I live in Texas. This was especially difficult for me for several reasons but mostly due to distance. The staff, Julia, Meghan, and Stephanie treated me like family. Individually, each of them was kind, caring, compassionate, and demonstrated genuine concern and empathy. As a cohesive team, they were very professional, answered all of my questions, promptly returned my phone calls, and treated me and my loved one with dignity and respect. They all are to be commended for their exceptional professionalism, and their ability to demonstrate genuine empathy and concern. I feel that each of them is a real asset to assuring the success and longevity of Moles Farewell Tribute and Crematory. Thank you all for making my experience a positive one during an emotional and difficult situation. Deborah Price
